In need of help creating a website

    I'm trying to promote some sites (surveys sites like treasure trooper and points2shop) on a website that I just signed up for (Webs.com) I have no idea what I'm doing...... I found a template I want to use but I can even figure out what how to put images in it. Any advice or does anyone want to make a few extra $$ to create a site with my ref links?? I'm at wit's end.....I'm just not getting anywhere. Help

    There are some good books at sitepoint.com if you want to learn html yourself or you could hire a web designer to do it all for you.
