in need of a web developer

    I am in need of a web developer who is fluent in MySQL4 or MySQL5, PHP, and familiar with the Joomla content management system. I think it would be best if they were local to my area in Arcata, California but I don't know if that is totally necessary. Anyone out there who is easy to work with and looking for some work?
