In need of a VPS

my needs:

it should have cpanel and whm. it should have a dedicated IP.
offshore is what i want but onshore is fine as well.

my budget is around $20-$25 per month,

If you could increase your budget a bit, you will found what you are looking for.

 

if the vps is without cpanel then u can able to find under that price,please increase your budget

 

cPanel itself will cost you around $15

 

im not looking for a high end vps, just a normal one with a dedicated ip.

 

normal vps will never cost you $25 , you should bump up your budged a bit before you will be able to find something that will work for you.

 

You can always look for a vps under 15$ and buy cpanel for 10$ from http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1343295 I bought a few dedi licenses from him its great and cheap.

I can get you all that but not with cpanel within your budget and approx 2-3 tb bandwidth depending on how much space you need. Might be able to do cpanel but it does cost more. (Not sure on price but will find out) What OS are you wanting? Windows would be 13 USD more roughly (10 euros). Can get you a huge vps 100GB+ 5 tb bandwidth with linux (any flavor you want) and have it up and running within 24 hours during weekdays) Price for this is roughly 20 euros (Cpanel if available would be more of course) This includes plesk, php, mysql, cgi, perl, apache, Pico , Perl, Procmail, ecgs, and root access to vps. I don't think you will find that much bandwidth anywhere else for that price. Plus 2 ips
