In need of a script like this

I am in need of a script that can do something like the following;

Someone in need of a service done (article written, logo created etc) comes to the website, goes to the order page and can enter the requirements of what they need, they pay through Paypal and an email is sent to the website Admin telling them of the new job that need to be done.

To sum it up;

- Customer comes to site
- Tells us what they need and pay through Paypal
- Website team get email letting them know of new job
