In need of a script for people to bid on an item(s)

I need a script that would allow me to place items on a website and have a form for people to include their information as well as a bid on an item, then have an email generated to me (any email address) and list the bid on the website. The script would have to be able to have a minimum bid, change the high bid on the website (so people would know what they have to beat) and be able to end at a specific date and time and email me with the winning bidder and amount.

Please let me know if anyone has something like this or if you'd like to create one for me.

    Thank you.

This is only for us to use, not for others to start auctions. Also I forgot that after people put in their bid and information, I need them to confirm via email. If we could do a login situation that would work as well.

You probably will need a custom script written by a hired coder
