I am looking to see what it would cost to complete the following project. I need a header for a website that is 920px x 300px. I need the header to be somewhat animated of a golfer (who looks like Jesus/God) teeing off on top of a cloud, aiming the golf ball at another cloud where there is a green/flag. There will be some additional clouds in the overall header, one with a log in it. I have attached a very rough jpg of the general layout. Obviously it needs to be brought to life. If Flash isn't an option, maybe an animated gif or any other similar format that is available. Let me know your thoughts on what you think will be the best option and the most cost affective.
