Will be building a Lowermybills.com type clone site, looking for someone with the following: - A god at graphic design (Can do lowermybills.com, lendingtree.com level visual appeal or better) - Can follow very detailed outlines - Likes having regular work - Can design without tables (IE you know your way around CSS) - Has an eye for SEO, but I DO NOT need you to SEO the site at all I have an immediate project, please PM me with typical rates and please provide me with examples of work that is to the quality I am looking for graphically. I will write all the content, I will even give you an html outline of how it should look I just need you to make it pretty If you know PHP all the better. You may be given two or three sites all at one time, and than many more from there. Offshore is fine by me as long as we are clear above everything will be great.
