You can always protect whois info. Just ask your registrar and they will tell you how and how much it cost. Rent server in US or EU and that's all you have to do. What most peoples do is that they check whois info and when there is no info they give up. Just make shure you don't tell nobody about this. If no one knows, no one can't report you. If no one report you, no problems. Also what you should be carefull is that you chose some other way to get paid then check. Use paypal, moneybooker,... 'Cus if you chose checks they will see who is sending you money. If they see that money was sent from some xxx company you will also be in alot of troubles.
