In how many press release sites i should submit my content?

please tell me in how many press release sites i should submit my content ?if i subimt more than one site, then content should be different in both sites or the same?

unique content is the key. if u post same article to every website then it will not good for ur seo

 

you dont have to bother your self to submit your article to press release sites... whats important you need to have a unique article

 

It's up to you as much as you can there is no limit to submit just remember do not submit same article repitedly always post unique content so you will get much profit it will also give you back link

 

I normally sub,it to only 1 per unique article, I find this gets the greatest traffic for us.

I recommend to submit to as many as possible, many free ones, and maybe pay for some good placement in one or two... depending on your budget...
