    Yeah exactly, just one website i own was found last month through 36,000 different search phrases. Going by the stats that 80% of searchers don't go to the second page it would mean 28,000 page one rankings just for that one site.

    Depends on keywords, to reach to the top 10 ranking at Google from 2 days - to 1 month.
