One problem in debating political issues is that many will resort to name calling and stray from the facts........ I think that it is important to take the emotional factors out, and objectively look at the various issues......then one can make an objective and informed decision. Don't depend on one party or the other to spoon feed you what you need to know. Research it yourself. For the record, I make up my own mind. Despite being a registered Republican, I have voted for Bill Clinton in the past. Despite the vitriol that many will spew forth, I pretty much support President Bush on many things.....now, NOT everything.......lots that many officials, Democrat and Republican alike, need to take care of and address. The point is, that when you have a differing opinion than others, you are often met with bombastic and combative remarks. The points aren't debated, the players in the play are.......... Anyway, interesting thread. Everyone is entitled to their opinions. It's just that an opinion counts for more if one leaves out the nastiness and instead offers spirited real debate on the issues. Have a great day to all! Jack
Weak people do the name calling Jack. Its a certain sign of weakness, thats why it doesnt make me mad. would you get angry on weaker people than you? I think not.
