In GlobalInteractive, what the rate ($) for 1K impr. from the USA,CA & UK?

    Hi Folks,

    I heard a lot of good things from GlobalInteractive. It seems good.

    My users are from US/CA/UK but mostly the US. And I'd like to know the rate for 1K impr. from the USA,CA & UK?

    And for those of you are joining the network, what do you think?
