Why Indian sellers get In eligible Protection ?

Are we purely into illegal business ?

Are Americans are much trust worthy then us ?

Don't we submit all papers ?

I lost the chargeback case of 230$ even after providing tracking info , documents signed by customer.

Thats the way PAYPAL keeps us feel down in doing business "properly" as paypal itself doesn't take decision properly.

I believe paypal doesn't not practice unfair policy.
As long as you can shown the proof that the transaction is legit, then you'll win the charge back.

It is really disheartening and frustrating to lose, in spite of being on the right side!

I wonder why does Paypal not have transparency in such matters and why does it not take its customers into confidence before pronouncing its judgment! People would at least require to know why and on what basis the dispute was not settled in their favor! :(
I sincerely hope somebody at Paypal is listening!
