In dmoz but not indexed

My Site is in
http://www.dmoz.org/Science/Math/Software/Calculators/

But Not http://www.google.com/Top/Science/Math/Software/Calculators/

shouldnt they be in both? do i need to wait for update

Google does not update automatically. In fact, the last time it updated (other then just a few days ago) was back in 2005, so your wait may take YEARS. I'd not be bothered over it or it'll make ya bonkers. Just carry on about your business and be glad DMOZ and hundreds of it's clones will guarantee that your link is not worth jack (blessed are duplicate content filters).

 

Please remember that DMOZ has no control over Google. Google use the ODP information and update it when they decide to do that, nothing to do with DMOZ.

 

You may need to wait 2 more years until google update its database again in 2009.
