    Sorry Shawn (must have been half asleep)... i worded it wrong ,...what i mean is in MY vbulletin forum, like "DigitalPoint" , i dont see the "edit options" in my forum and im not sure why?

    in admin CP go to User registration Options

    under section Default Registration Options
    and subsection Options
    chose subscription type from Automatic Thread Subscription Mode

    chose either
    do not subscribe (default)
    subscribe with no notification
    daily email notification
    weekly notification
