The other day I was searching domains and "los angeles porsche" was available. 3 hours later when I went to purchase it, it was gone. So I was wondering if there is a site or way to be contacted if GREAT Domains expire and become available. Or is it just about getting lucky?
I suggest you that, you check your domain at http://www.internic.net/whois.html for check availability, here your domain will not be registered after 3 hours or week because, it is icann authorised website which not capture your domain search.
Sorry maybe Im not being clear.....is there a site that shows some good domains when they become available for purchase?
Try this site: http://www.justdropped.com/ PS. the Porche name is TM violation so be careful with domains like that.
What do you mean Trade Mark.....you cannot buy a site with Porsche in the URL....what can they do? Isn't everything fair game?
No, TM words are definitely not fair game. What can they do? They can take your domain and/or sue you. Here is a list of Cadillac related domains that have been seized: http://domainfight.net/get_search.php?domain_name=cadillac Namepros has a whole forum regarding domain name legal issues: http://www.namepros.com/legal-issues-and-disputes/ Claiming ignorance will not cover your ass in court so be careful!
