In building links what is the cost per pr link--pr 4-5-6-7...

    I am curious as everyone may sit a different price. What is the average for each? It may help me budget accordingly.

    We don't buy links (we get plenty for free), but I think there is a lot more to the pricing than just PR. Traffic and placement would be two other very important factors.

    Well plotu, I'll make this easy, depends on the niche..

    If some site is PR 6 and selling bycicle wheels, and another site is PR 5 and about Cars, imagine the difference.

    It depends very much on if you are going to buy monthly links on reputable sites here on dp or if you are going to have a link building service get you a whole bunch of permalinks.

    If you are going to buy monthly links from individual sites here is my estimate:

    pr4 - $0-$5pm
    pr5 - $5-$10pm
    pr6 - $20-$50pm
    pr7 - $50-$100pm

    If you are going to go through a link building service, below is my estimate.

    pr4 - $2.50 permalink
    pr5 - $5 permalink
    pr6 - $10 permalink
    pr7 - $20 permalink
