Hi,4 months ago I started selling replica dre headphones on eBay for £40.. I stated CLEARLY that these were fake goods thus the cheap price. The headphones weren't in my possesion I ran a dropshipping scheme where I recieve the money then I go out and find my supplier and buy the item and the supplier sends it directly to my customer. I made about a £70-100 in profit each two days. It was going good until Paypal brought in their new "payment hold" policy. That meant until the buyer recieved the goods I would not have access to my account. And as you understand that caused huge problems. I would recieve the money but I'm not able to use it and purchase the goods from my supplier. I overcame that problem by creating new "temporary" paypal accounts which have no "hold" policy on them. I recieve the payment on those accounts then spend the money quickly on the headphones.Yesterday night, my eBay account recieved a MC113 suspension - Here is the email "We have limited your eBay account as a precaution because our review of your account has identified an issue regarding its safe use.As part of our efforts to provide a safe and secure environment for the online community, we regularly screen account activity. We never share exactly what gave us reason to place limitations on an account as this information could assist an individual, who may present a safety risk, avoid such limitations. Please understand we're not accusing you of dishonest behaviour. Our top priority is to keep our online community safe, which is why we'd like to ask you for some further information. If, once we review your further information, we're confident that the use of your account does not present a safety risk to our service and customers, we'll be happy to reinstate your account. Here's what you need to do to resolve the limitations:1. Log into your PayPal account.2. Click on the 'Account' tab.3. Click on the sub-tab 'Resolution Centre'.4. Go to the 'Action' column.5. Click on the 'Resolve' button to view the requirements and follow the instructions provided. After we have gathered the necessary information, we'll review your account and notify you by email of our decision. Please note that any selling fees owed to eBay may become due and payable We thank you for your prompt attention to this important matter.Regards, "Well I rang eBay today and they tell me the problem is Paypal. I ring Paypal, the woman on the line is unhelpful and quite rude, she tells me that I'm not allowed to use multiple accounts and when I explain the situation she slams the phone down on me. I ring again and another lady picks up and she takes one look at my account and says "we'll send you an email"Now I'm really worried that I'll be kicked off...I've seen a lot of people who've had these MC113s and they've said they've been banned for life.Anyone have any advice?

You handle it anyway that you want but if was me I would just make sure that the people that bought from you got their merchandise as quickly as possible and get the on account un-frozen and close the other ones. In the U.S you can have more than one PayPal account and I. Even if you have to send money to PayPal to get the hold off it is worth it, it is not like they are charging you anything it would still be your money. I have found PayPal to always be helpful just as long as you are not trying to get around their guidelines, no matter how crazy their rules may seem. Just some friendly advice that I hope you will find helpful and Good Luck!

Maybe you should just get a whole new setup and try again.

You posted this 2 days ago, all in one piece of text, bad formatted and do not bother to reply to the guys above.

But anyways, if you are too worried, keep on calling PayPal until you get hold of a proper supporter and explain the situation in FULL, don't miss any detail and don't lie because lies don't last long.

Maybe you should call to Paypal customer service hotline and see how they can help you.

I don't even want to read that post because of the format. But I suggest calling paypal for any issues, its best when you call. Their email support sucks.

paypal restricts replicas ,they freeze your account easily .

You should find a third party credit cards payment processor .
