Imvu Affiliate Network - $1.20 per sign-up?

    Hey,

    I just found the IMVU affiliate program at this page: http://www.imvu.com/affiliates/

    They say we can earn up to $1.20 per sign-up. Can someone tell me what countries count, and also what the user signing up needs to do for me to receive credit.

    How do they pay and how do i become an affiliate with IMVU?
