    Hello everyone!

I'm rather new to affiliate marketing & I have some questions about improving my sites rank in search engines..

I'm looking to improve my websites rankings in search engines by posting around 50-100 articles on my website over the next week. I'm planning on posting 1 article per page, all original content along with some links to other sites. My questions are:

Should I also post the articles on article directories or will I be penalized for duplicate content?

If I should, should I ad a link to the article directory site on my website?

How else can I improve my rankings with these articles?

Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks :)

Some advanced article marketers write squidoos, hubpages etc. and then link to their articles at ezinearticles to enhance their rankings.

I have to say I am guilty of ignoring my articles and many of them lose rank quickly. I would probably get more sales for my efforts if I wrote slightly less articles and tried to link the remaining ones in this way.
