As always, thanks for looking :)

The company I work for would like to improve it's SERPs in overseas search engines, with GoogleUK being priority #1. Thanks to some great advice from MattUK we are about to deploy a server in the UK. The content for our unique UK landing pages is being written as I write this. Many of the deeper listing pages hosted on the UK server will be the same as their counterpart pages here in the US, so nofollow tags will be used on them to avoid a dupe content penalty. We already own the .co.uk versions of our stateside domain URLs, so there shouldn't be any problems there. Once our UK domain goes live I will step up our media buys and content placements on relevant UK sites.

Aside from what I outlined above, is there anything else that jumps out in your mind that we should be doing? This project is my baby, and I'm pretty excited about it. Our UK customers in particular are wonderful to work with, and our salespeople are screaming for more of them.

Thank you in advance for any help you are able to provide

My plans are the same for all search engines. I don't do anything different. I write content that is both informative for the user and contains my important words, I ensure the pages are linked to as much as possible with my important phrases as the anchor text, and I do all of the normal onpage stuff, such as image alt text, etc.
