You can gathered traffic from Bing but is quite small in numbers as compared to Google. As Far as Bing Traffic is concerned you have to submit your site in Bing webmaster and after indexing your site in Bing there Might be chance of batter results in Bing.
do proper ON page optimization, make website as simpler as you can, keep link building and wait for some time your website will ranked well in bing
just analyise your competition, the sites who rank well on Bing are obviously doing things right. Check their sites and you will have more of an idea of what you need to change. Linking with sites already doing well in Bing helps a lot IMO
According to COmcast Data, Bing has increased its traffic share to 11.3% . Bing.com has increased .6% of the traffic share while Google and Yahoo have lost .3% each. Details here I think with the Yahoo Microsoft deal I think this is going to improve further. Certainly we should look into SEO for Bing.
The thing I have noticed about Bing is that it takes time initially to get indexed but once you do you get crawled on a regular basis, seems to happen about once a week. However some of my sites pages never get crawled. Strange.
My website is also sleeping in Bing.com From yahoo & Google i am getting almost 500 visitors per day. I am also looking for a proper solution for this.
I am too having difficulties with Bing, but unlike some other post I am concerned with it. The reason, now that the Bing and Yahoo deal has gone through, all the good rankings I have in Yahoo, are not present in Bing I am fearful I will loose them. I am really disappointed with Bings Speed at indexing. In most cases it is running 2-3 weeks behind Yahoo currently. So I ask how is Bing a better search platform with lack of indexing speed, in relationship to the speed at which things change on the internet. Lastly 2 questions. I wanted to see has anyone here with a shopping site or SSL have issues with Bing indexing your site as https? Lastly has anyone else experienced there indexed url from Bing with a Google CPC variable in it?
