Improving PR with links

Hi everyone,

Just after some advice on the best way to go about improving PR with link exchanges? My site www.parishiltonwallpapers.com is fairly new so obviously has a PR of 0, how can I get sites with PR2-3 exchange links with me?

I have purchased a few links on celebrity directories, is that the best way to go?

You can get people to exchange with you that have PR2-3 you just need to get some traffic first.

Once you get around 100 uniques a day which isn't very hard PR3 sites will exchange with you even if you have no PR (Depending on the site)

 

Thats a great idea but its always recommended to buy links from pages having high PR..

Bingo... worry about traffic from your links NOT Page Rank.

The PR will happen overtime.

 

OK thanks manageyourlinks, I will focus on these areas. I realised PR wasn't going to improve quickly, but I guess relevant traffic and links will improve it over time,

Submitting to directories is the ways to get backlinks for any kind of sites. For a PR0 site, it's impossible to exchange links with PR2+ sites.

 

If you have a high page view count, you can easily find webmasters to exchange PR 2, 3 links with you. Therefore, build up your content

 

greg it needs proper planning and proper link building campaige . our site www.tradeweblinks.com was having PR 0 before 2 months and just in 1st google update we got PR 5 .

we got this because of proper planning.
