I've been helping out with a friend's site lately - he uses an online enquiry form to generate leads which he converts using either phone or follow up email contact. Each product has its own enquiry page (there are around 30). I have to check with him before I post the URL to demonstrate, but I wanted to see if you guys have any hard and fast rules or principles for converting online? Is having individual enquiry pages a good idea?

Clear contact-us inquiry is indispensable. What should I advise is that it should be well seen, 'cause there are so many websites where you waste much time to find where "contact-us" form is!
