    Hi All

I run an online IT Support company and I am using Adwords to direct customers to my online support service.

So have a look at my Landing Page and tell me if it looks OK etc.

    Regards

I think you should better explain your service first instead of saying right off the bat "click and run" a program. Most people just won't do that without knowing what this app is and what it does. I also don't know what this ID/pin code is all about. Very suspicious. I know you somewhat explain below but you don't say why I should choose you over another. You got to make them trust you before they install the program. I think this page would convert very poorly.

    Hi There

    Absolutely fantastic feedback buddy.

So do you think I should move the "click n run" stuff to the bottom?

    Regards

First, explain what you do, why I should choose you. Then explain how you do it and what this software does. Don't forget security concerns. Explain how to install this software, exactly what they need to do. So yeah, put it more at the bottom.

Much better. Your benefits list however are not really benefits, they're features for the most part.

Don't be so technical. Saying "Uses RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit)" will mean nothing to most people. Explain in plain language.

I would try to come up with a better heading. Something that grabs attention. How about something like "We can fix your PC starting in the next few minutes" with a sub-heading of "Remote support can get you up and running again within the hour".
