I have a phpbb3 forum in the cooking/recipe niche. www.recipesnoop.com The forum has thousands of posts in several different categories, however My posts don't seem to come up on any web searches. How can I improve this ?
Your site is relatively new and have very few backlinks. First of all, try to get your site indexed well in search engines. You can do that by creating some profiles links from high authority sites like twitter, facebook, linkedin, etc. Also, you can try to submit your forum to website value sites. The above methods can help your site to get indexed and invite Google bot to visit your site more frequently. Also, I noticed that you have not installed Google Analytics. i also noticed that your site page indexed by google is low.. also try to optimize your forum.. and gather more links on it..
First of all submit the sitemap to Google webmaster tool. Verify you website by uploading meta tags.. then ping once. and from next time Google will surely come to your website.. Secondly, It seems you have not posted any thing in your forum from last few years. So Google have stopped visiting your site. .Do the firststep and you will see the difference within one month..
