hmmm, reading and reading, and certainly watching TV is a great deal of information. But one thing i've experienced is to participate in discussions, it brushes up your knowledge and research oriented approach.

Before you begin reading anything at all about article writing, make sure you know exactly what type of writing you'll be engaged in. Whether it is blogging, writing for newspapers, online article writing, etc. - type matters. As you know what type of writing you'll be in, it is easier for us to share some resources. Reading is fundamental anyway.
Gary Halbert's Letters might serve as a practical guide to any writing person. Thanks for your share, pcstone.
You might benefit from getting a critique from your writing. It's hard to know what you're doing wrong unless someone tells you. Even the best writers have their writing reviewed by editors.
Rightly said. I think if one presents his/her work before others to check the flaws and others if honestly have a healthy criticism, it also helps one to work more in the area where a particular skill or style is lacking.
In terms of formatting, make it easier for people to read your articles. Many studies have shown that Web readers do not read an entire article from beginning to end (at least at first). People skim articles, looking for the most important information, so you need to make it easy for them to identify that information. Use bold formatting, bulleted lists, numbered lists, or headings in a larger font to draw peoples' attention to the most important information in your articles. Your titles can also make a big difference in getting people interested in reading your articles. "Dogs" isn't a good article title because it is too broad. People looking for specific information will skip right over it. Something like "5 Grooming Tips for Golden Retrievers" has a better chance of attracting attention. An added benefit of using specific titles is that you will attract a more targeted audience. If you sell golden retriever collars, you don't want someone who is looking for information on miniature schnauzers coming to your site because they will have no interest in buying your products. If SEO is a concern for you, you should also use your keywords right in the beginning of an article title. If your keyword was "computer support services," you might title your article, "Computer Support Services: 5 Tips for Choosing the Right Service."
watching tv? yeah, it help me a lot to my grammar but i just wondering how it also can help improve on writing?
Well, you need ideas to write on, and it gives you that. along with it, improves your grammar as you said.
