Lately, I have been troubling myself lately with bounce rate because one of my blog that I want to monetize in the future have this really high bounce rate and I have read that it is not good to have high bounce rate.

Would you give me some tip on how to improve a site bounce rate?

I had a high bounce rate when I first started my site, MyHotElectronics.com. As it aged, I did more PR articles and the more the site was indexed, the bounce rate lowered.

A high bounce rate is not necessarily bad though, some blog posts can be long and full of useful stuff to read. So you need to figure out how much time people spend on a single page, You can do that with Google Analytics' adjusted bounce rate.

    Hi,

If you want to improve your bounce rate then i would suggest you to post unique, fresh and informative content related to the web page. To improve bounce rate, you should use textual content, images and videos related to the web page.

I really don't understand why do you want to increase the bounce rate of your website, I guess you must have been asking how to decrease the bounce rate of a website, is that true?

    - not having well designed website
    - not having qualitative & helpful blog contents
    - not targeting to targeted audiences

These are main factors that leads high bounce rate and you should improve these factors.

The bounce rate will depend on what kind of website you run. Blogs and B2B sites often have bounce rates in the 70's and higher.

To improve your bounce rate make sure your have good internal linking and easy navigation. After that it's about creating great content and figuring out the best way to deliver it.

    Hope this helps!

One of the many obsessions webmasters/SEOs can get that can be very unhealthy. People can bounce a lot for various reasons and they're not all bad. What if the page provides the answer they want? Why should they go further. Or the click on an ad, affiliate link or similar.

Not knowing your site and its metrics, it's impossible to give specific advice.

However, the first thing you need to figure out is: "Am I worrying about nothing?"

If you have good quality content including articles, images, and videos that is targeted or related to your audience you will see your bounce rate go down.

Look at the incoming Keywords in your analytics report and also look at the pages that have high bounce rate

We have this problem with items that go out of stock or are sold out

You might also want to keep an eye on your sitemap for Old pages
