Improving Adwords' Quality Score

Does anybody have an idea how to increase ads quality score? Or do we have any reference, except from Google, to increse QS.

I tried to tweak my site, ads, ad group but nothing is happening. Adwords keep on increasing my minimum CPC.

Do I need to wait for few days to see the result of my tweaks?

what does your click through rate look like? generally, it takes a couple days to get that number boosted up a few points. do you have a lot of irrelevent keywords in those ad groups?

I'm using keywords as relevant as possible. That specific campaign, I think, I have less than 20 keywords with 3 ad groups.

For my CTR, it is quite low.

So, it means I need to wait for couple of days, just to see the result.

yeah, your best bet is to wait a day or two. the reason your CPC is still high or climbing is likely a result of the low CTR. try some A/B testing with other adverts to see if one doesn't make that much a difference in people clicking on the ad.

What CTR's do people expect to get? I usually get around 1% reaching 2% for one campaign.
Why not post your ad text here to see if anyone can help. Remove the domain and keyword(s) for privacy.

depends on what you're advertising and how many impressions are available to go around. i think 5% is a good goal to set and work towards. i'll admit, its not easy in most cases unless you're in a niche market, but it can and has been done.

The #1 tip is to improve your product. Here's why. When someone buys from you or opts in, they get a small text link on your conversion page asking them to give feedback to Google on their experience. If they give Google positive feedback, you get a better quality score. Bad feedback = a worse quality score.

If you click your own Adwords ad and then go to the page where your conversion code is, you'll see it at the spot on the page where you put the code.

For anyone reading this, please note: do not give Google good feedback about your own product. Not only is this unethical, but (in case you don't care about ethics), it's highly likely they'll catch you.

As of now, I was slapped hard by G.

This is my new setting after the slap:D

    1) I regrouped my keywords using the G's editor.

    2) Used the Adgroup Name, which was suggested by Adword Editor, as my keyword at my landing page.

    3) Optimized my Ads.

    4) Single Landing page that is optimized for 3 keywords.(Those keyword was based on the Adgroup that was named by Adwords editor.)

24hrs but still nothing happened OR should I create landing page for every adgroup?

    Any "help" will be appreciated.
