We need a programming services forum that is strictly for just non-design programming. It is a serious pain to look for work in there when most of it is design related and not actually programming. Reporting every darned post to be moved to the design services board is a pain and a waste of time. Can't the moderators monitor it a bit or something? No offense intended, I know you all work very hard.
You can help out the mod team by more then just reporting posts... the rep system & the thread rating systems can be powerful tools if you can get people to join your cause. Though, if you are reporting the threads and nothing is happening, then maybe they do belong there? Either way though, moderation through a community effort can and will sway how things work. I am refering to services> programming. I will break it down. In services, there is the "design" board and a "programming" board. However, the programming board is flooded by people posting about PSD and html work. This is design. Now I have reported a lot, but really there are just too many. It is hard to sift through all of the design related posts in the programming board jus to find the actual programming. You see, html is not a programming language. To a programmer, doing pds to html is like working for mcdonalds. Cant it be enforced taht the designers stay int ehir own board?
It's because people see PSD > HTML/Wordpress as "coding". People see "coding" as programming. Just report the threads and get them moved to design.
