1. Create a tech site that is superior to everything else.
2. Write something positive about an upcoming Apple product
3. Get them to link to you from their homepage (hot news page) and you're in!

First of all you will get millions of traffic from the Apple site and second Google will reward the link with page 1 rankings. It can be done in a week, but not likely.

 

You are so close to no 1. Just takes some time but for sure not too much time. I think in less than a month would do. you should probably work hard now on getting niche or high PR links with your targeted keywords as anchoring links.

Build good content, exchange links with websites in a similar niche to your own. Gain backlinks through article submission, do follow blogging and forum posting and add daily content to your site. This will give you the best possible chance of boosting your keyword ranking.
