    Design is a bit plain, ads have good placement but are to many comparing to the content.

    I'd Rate the Site 3/10 for Looks and Design
    and 7/10 for Placement
    the Design looks where tight looks like everything dumped at 1 place :(

    I'm sorry, I don't really like the design at all.

    The website was designed for content, to inform people about Stock Trading Tips; therefor the main focus of the website should be the content. The space you have allowed for content is far too small, it should be wider.

    The ad placements are ok, but they look too obvious, and the space could be used for different things.

    The colors are okay.. however, the site is lacking an actual header design (or it's weak design wise). I would make the header area a bit higher and maybe add in an actual customized logo design?

    For your ads on the left change the link color to the same brown as your header and the url links to black. Using the standard adsense colors makes it obvious that they're ads AND they kind of clash with your colorscheme.
