Manual submissions is by far the cheapest way but the most MANUAL. It really really sucks...

Traffic comes with good content and without your url in the post, we can not comment on how to improve it.

As for links, look at this post and other posts to see how we embed our information into the post.

Also, I am always looking for links throughout the world for my clients and it is very important to get access to reliable link partners. The problem with this is, everyone is trying to find a shortcut and play all the link games to get links but not link back. These games can be easily be found and just waists everyone’s time.

As for LinkMarket, they have become one of the great starting points for new site developers / web masters to start their link campaigns. But clicking on 10,000 partners will get you 500 partners and after 1 year, you may have only 70 left.

The secret with LinkMarket is not to go after the PR 5 and above, they will not link with you. Look at the new member start date and the low PR sites. You will find brand new sites that need help starting. Evaluate the site for content, site design, and SEO mistakes. SEO mistakes get fixed. Content is created. And Google will index any good designed site. That PR 0 site just might become a PR 5 or 6.

And from experience, these links are still there after 3 years. Just remember to put you email address on the link page(s) so that you can be contacted directly. (I know, I might get more spam, da. Welcome to the internet.)

You should enroll in school or use a spell checker....horrible post in my opinion.

LinkMarket is a link scheme and should not be used. Any questions research google for link farms, link schemes and stay away from any services recommending using such a site.

First research your chosen keywords with the help from various tools and checking their competition in google. When u find the best keywords, use them in ur on page and then build links.
for link exchange, linkmarket is not a preferred site.choose instead these:
1.type ur keywords in google and your like minded sites appear, try to exchange links with them as they are using the same keywords as u.
2.yes u should submit to directories, press releases, forums for one way links and write articles, a 300-400 words article is just fine and submit to article directories.
    chk out directorycritic dot com.

    replace dot with .
Be consistent in link building - don't jump start with 500 first day and 50 on the 10th day.
3.Try to get link from an authority site.
    Things to avoid:
1.Stay away from link farms like these (http://www dot jimprice dot com/jim-lnk.htm#people)
2.Don’t waste your time getting a link from a non-ranking page within a site. The page needs to hold a rank of a minimum PR value of 1 below your landing page, particularly if there are going to be other outbound links to other web sites. If there are not going to be other outbound links, or just a few, then a PR of 2 and above will still boost your ranking and benefit your SERP’s as well as your own PR.
3.Stay away from pages that have more than 50 outbound links.

If you are looking to build long-term rankings, it takes more work and creativity than just sending out automated emails or joining a linking program. Create a daily “hit list” outlining exactly what you will do.
