Contest Improve my LOGO contest. Winner gets $33 Aiming to end it in 48hrs

First of all I would like to thank all finalists (cristiano18, falloutvic and shibs) for the changes done. I will need to sleep on it but tomorrow I will definitely have an answer and will definitely pick a winner. What I want to say is that I would be happy with any of the top 3 designs but of course there can only be one logo chosen as the winner. I need to get some more advice and consult with a few of my associates but I think the winner is going to be falloutvic with the no 2 logo. I will still have to check with my associates, but in the end I believe that is going to be the winning design unless someone comes up with a better one in the meantime.

vicky786: thanks for the entry. It's a great logo one that I like but unfortunately as mentioned in the first post I had to have the original X and I also like bolder fonts.
