why is the impression varies a lot? my impression varies from 0-1500 in one week, for this month, I had from 0 to 800, then back to 0, then to 1500, then back to 0 again for almost all links, why is that?
I have a similar problem. My impresions were around 65000 last week, and just now i saw they just dropped down to 7000. Were there any changes in the way the weight is computed, or should i start worrying about this? As fas as that toolbar tells me my site has gone up in pr, the same number of pages are still indexed.... so i'm clueless about this! Anybody?
My overall weight fluctuates as well, I was up to 120,000, but for the last couple weeks, I've only been hovering around 30,000+-
Im not gonna lie, this is pretty weird. My ads were all getting 160 impressions a day and on the up and up, but the last couple days the graph has taken a steep dive to about 10 and the angle is still pointed down. I think it's going to be 0 pretty soon. Dunno if this is the new formula or just normal fluxation. Hope it improves.
Stin, Your ads are randomly assigned to other sites. If they end up on a high traffic site you get a lot of impressions. If they end up on a low-traffic site you get few impressions. -jay
I never understood this either, I thought each *impression* was random. What does it mean to be assigned to a high traffic site? I thought that since everything was random that from day to day, you wouldn't see drastic changes and you ad would be equally displayed on low traffic and high traffic sites?
I think its every three days although thats just juding from my impressions and the fact that the validation schedule seems to be that same time frame
