    its total number of pages visited in your site. more the impressions you have to ur site more money you can fetch from sponsors.
    sponsors will pay you depending on quality traffic you provide.

    price on CPM varies from company to company i can't tell you exact amount that you will be get payed! i have never got good earnings from CPM based ads! good luck

    CPM prices varies from company to company and , GeoMap.

    in my opinion try Adsense
    very good click rates (1 Cent => +100$) per click depends on your keyword
