    Hello,
Would like to say thanks david for making such and easy updating process from upgrading to newer version from older ones.

So took about 5 hrs to convert my site www.h-log.com from 2.0 to 3.2, yaa 5 hrs a lot but most time was spent on coding template and making it compatible.(its still missing the article links if anyone noticed lol)

But sql update took like about maybe 20 mins or so, so was releaved to see that sql database got converted ok hence kudos, I have not used any of the upgrade features for sql of other scripts but phpld was good (did not affect the deeplink modifications made to sql )

So one again good updater you got there.

Regards (ps does it look a suck up thread? If so sorry that was not my intent).

5 hours for updating a script is a long-time....epecially if you don't have the know-how to do it yourself and have to pay for it. I paid $50 for my one and only upgrade from 2.0 to 3.2 and the person that did it said they could not do it again for that price. I got the feeling it took them longer than 5 hours.

Anyways that said I am still a fan of phpld but have decided to leave my older directories at 2.0 and just upgrade important features.

Oh i am sure i can do it again to any directory in less than 1 hr now :). Its the learning process that i like :). So, easy to upgrade, i was just playing around with sql while doing the upgrades , so took longer.... But trust me its not that hard as i think i made it look. Check out www.h-log.com it was 2.0 now 3.2 with no flaws (well atleast i havent seen any other than the fact i did not put articles link)

@david yaa i am one of a kind customer that only the lucky few get once in a millennium :p

I think its not nice, more like a selfish act lol, dmoz decided to remove my directory for personal reasons , so i will make sure h-log puts a fight against, directories listed there.

Soon i think i will convert it to volunteer edited directory like dmoz and put a fight against dmoz(what sort of name is dmoz anyways for a directory lol) itself .. I hope phpld script can take some beating..
