I decided to target a keyword about a week ago, that I wasn't ranking for at all. So I added the new keyword, and without any ON PAGE SEO work for that keyword, I was able to reach 1st page on the MSN search already. :)

How much does on page SEO factor in for the other search engines in your opinion. If you target the keyword "Minute Maid" in the Co-op are you making adjustments to your pages to make sure "Minute Maid" is on page?

On page is important if you are trying SEO without coop. But you may lose your ranking if you remove the ads from coop.

As far as i know, Google puts huge weight for onpage SEO. especially title/h1/url

    I agree with

    - onpage seo
    - loosing rankings AND PR when COOP is removed

I have lost several sites with the last update - it seems only because the COOP ads were on them for 8+ months
