I tried to import two batches today, they uploaded ok but have both been stuck in the "processing..." step for the past 6 hours when usually the importing is done in minutes. Anyone else experiencing this?
6 hours is a tad long...anything over 10 minutes and something's wrong. Retry later because chances are it's something to do with your connection or thiers.
