Importing File to Video

    Hye there..

    I just wanna know if you are familliar about Adobe Premiere.This is the issue..

    What is the best file format to make my image looks good in that video...currently i'm using 640x480 for my video resolution...is it just import my psd file or ai file?

    which file is the best one?or other that that?

    if its a psd make sure your pixel aspect ratios are correct I think adobe is a square ratio and premiere is a widescreen ratio.
