Importing email to my database

    I dont know a lot about php orsql But I manually built a database of over 4,000 hotels 2 years ago at my old job. I have name address phone number etc that I exported from ACT! to excel, is there a way I can get these emails by using a script? I want to provide marketing services to them but I cannot call each of them manually.

    You might extract them with a php script or import everything from your excel into a mysql database and then processing emails with php

    how much would that cost if I wanted to outsource, I have no programming experience besides, html. Im in the marketing so this is a little beyond my talents. I have the list composed in excel but I have not captured any emails. let me know if this is possible.

    If you do not have captured emails then you can only call them one by one. You can outsource the calling activity to some call center.
