Hi I am looking at importing customer data from a custom billing app (sql db). The data can be extracted into a csv file. Is it possible to import the complete history of customers eg invoice and payment history, support ticket comments. ie beyond appendix A detail. I appreciate that with the power user option other fields are displayed. What is the best way to go about this? regards Tim
You can import most things under the import section. For the most control, you would probably just want to insert directly to the tables via XML.
