    Hi all,

I am recently leaving GoDaddy's hosting (because it's garbage) and needed to move my database off. Unfortunately the only file extension i was able to get from them for the database was a .bak (backup file).  I'm trying to import this .bak to my shared windows hostgator hosting account.  I've been trying to figure out over the last week how to get this .bak (if I even can) uploaded to my hostgator account.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Do I need to convert the file to another extension?

I've been having troubles getting MSSQL server studio to work like I want.

If anyone has help I'd appreciate it, or if someone could upload the database for me I'd pay 15$

    Let me know

    Adam
