    You can recieve more than 500$ in your Indian Paypal account now as still the 500$ rule have not been implemented by Paypal.If you recieve more than 500$ in Paypal when rules will be implemented by Paypal,Paypal shall refund your Payment or take some other steps :)

    Looks like HDFC vcc is no more working for paypal. One of my friend tried 2-3 times to add a VCC in his paypal account for making hosting payment, but paypal is not accepting HDFC VCC :(

    I use ICICI savings bank account and I saw that ICICI also offers VCC.You can try adding ICICI VCC if it works with Paypal :)

    Obviously it won't. VCC is for one time use. If you add it to paypal it will need verification first and then it needs to extract money. You can pay with HDFC vcc with out logging in to Paypal to paypal premiere users.

    You can open any account you want to.
    No benefit in opening personal one. Its better to use a Premier account.

    But the fees is zero in personal account whereas it is around 3% in premier.

    Also, paypal had earlier stopped personal accounts for India. Have they now opened up personal account in India ?

    You will have to pay fee whatever account you open.

    And paypal never stopped personal accounts.
    It was personal payments which was stopped and its still not working. You could say permanently stopped.

    I just withdraw my money and I get a email from paypal.

    "Transferring money to your bank account" .....In your bank account you will see this money on 7 June :(

    It shouldn't take such long days. Contact PayPal customer care in regards of this issue. They says it takes 5-7 days to recieve the fund in your bank account which is usually 3/4 days. But your case it seems it is too long days. You should contact the customer care for once.

    If we submit our Pan info to paypal do you people think all previous transactions and withdrawl will be in record of Income tax dept for that pan cart, or will it be just the withdrawals from current date.
