    Guys, Do you think that Paypal may solve the sending from balance problem for indians soon?

    so that they become able to send money using their paypal balance again?!

    Good email, when did you send it to RBI? and di you send it to them directly or you just made that post in your blog?

    I see that you noted the population in india in january 2011! so was that an old email sent to RBI 3 months ago?!


    Anyone to reply my question in the above post?

    u can just pay that 1000 Rs via vcc directly in checkout no need to add that vcc to pp account

    I dont think Paypal will never solve Paypal balance sending problem because RBI and Credit Card companies in India wants to fill their swiss bank accounts. :)

    who told you that? debit card payments within india are possible only in india, you will need a credit card or a virtual credit card to pay abroad

    I've used my IOB visa debit card.

    @iTube, just 3 days before , I payed my doming and hosting bills via IOB visa debit card,

    first, I tried to pay my hostgator bill via credit/debit card option , but got some procession error,

    then i choose paypal option , and I 've payed as paypal guest option, without login to my paypal account.

    Only Master Card Debit Card works outside India. Visa Debitcards are only usable in India and Nepal.

    Visa and Master Debit Cards both work for payments abroad.I paid my Hostgator and Justhost hosting bills by using my ICICI Debit Card :)
