    Dont try to break policies of Paypal and I recommend you that dont recieve more than 500$ in one payment.Paypal will create problems for you. :D

    You need to credit card to send payments. New rule has been implemented by paypal for indian users.

    You have two options - credit card or Netsafe VCC provided by HDFC bank.

    You can't use pp balance anymore. If u have hdfc account, create netsafe vcc, attach to pp, dont confirm and pay using it. Otherwise use cc as suggested by others.

    guyz as the new rule has been implemented so can we easily receive any amount below 500$ and withdraw it through US (not indian) bank account if we dont have any cc attached???????

    You can verify paypal account with VCC but will not be able to send payment. Those kind of VCCs just work for single transaction only which usually happens when PP charges $1.98 during verification.

    well i have added hdfc credit card to mine paypal n i m able to make payment via that card . but would wonder if i addd 1000 rs VCC in my PayPal acc and with that vcc i can make payment ?> any one treid it ?

    You can only pay from VCC or credit cards. You can't pay from Paypal balance.
