What do you mean by that? Would you mind explaining that in detail.

    Thanks

I don't think they will be able to implement every decision because it will affect their business + ebay business in some way.

So I am hoping that there will be an update coming soon.

I am having XXXX+ money in my account from past 2-3 weeks. Nothing has happened.

I got in touch with a lady at paypal and she told me that probably the account will get limited if you don't withdraw. But her statement was little unsure to me after evaluating her words.

keep your fingers crossed X ..

    both the fingers X-X

I too received the mail 2 weeks ago. For amount below Rs 7000, a service charge is deducted and what if we’ve got a lesser amount say $50, do we have to pay $1 per transaction for transferring that fund to the banks in India?
Does anyone have any idea about the 7 days withdrawal period?

why should they limit the account for having money in our account. If there is a rule then they should have a system where the money should withdrawl automatically in 7 days.

Due to this issues of paypal new rule I have shifted to other paid billing gateway ebs.in for my Web Hosting Company. Now I am able to accept all debit cards, Credit Cards directly with out any issues. In paypal we have a another issue like most of INDIAN debit cards is not accepted. But here in ebs.in payment gateway I can accept almost every debit card powder my VISA and MasterCard provided by banks in India.
