    As all said , Indian's shouldn't take risks. Because either this way or that way, only they will be in loss. And not "PayPal" or "RBI" .

    I'v the same problem you facing now but this is PayPal's fault. They are not accepting RBI's guidelines.

    they not allowing paypal funds to use for transactions. But you can get money from other country client thru xoom ( some 19$ fee )

    The current Indian government has been the most ridiculous on all fronts. Ruining the webmasters' livings should be a punishable offense and these looters must be punished somehow :(

    Paypal cant take money back from the bank acc without your permission. yes Paypal can take it from the CC attached.
    As far as I know and heard here and there, Paypal usually favors buyers in case of virtual goods.

    I got $720 to my paypal just now. Happy :) btw i own premier paypal account.

    But i'll withdraw it itself to my sbi bank account so as to avoid reversal or such disasters.

    Let me know if anyone is facing problem sending or receiving more than $500+ to thier paypal account.
