You will have to attach credit card in your paypal account to send payments via paypal. You won't be able to send payments from your paypal balance.

They may remove fee which they charge for Payment less than 7000 Rs, they may also enable auto credit into your bank on 7th Day, Problem is many of us get payment over 500$ often, not sure whats going to happen with that.

This is really very very bad and the bad part is that we cannot use our balance to buy anything online. Damn, I always wanted to keep away from Credit Cards....sheesh

 

This is paypals way of trying to restrict the fraud that comes out of India. Pakistani's are not allowed to use paypal, because the government doesn't have the infrastructure to deal with internet fraud there. India is no different, scammers in India scam everyday without the fear of prosecution... The Indian government has nothing to do with it, they are just incapable of stopping the fraud that comes out of that country, that's why paypal is placing a $500 limit.

I know some of you don't want to hear it, but it is what it is... Look for adsense to follow also, there are too many scumbags making a living scamming adsense also... Scammers in India, don't even try and hide it, they come on this and other forums looking to sell or recruit for click rings...

If governments don't want to crack down on internet fraud, then paypal has the right to protect itself...
